A tract written for atheists.

For Atheists OnlyThere are those who say that they are an atheist. From the website of American Atheists comes this definition of an atheist: “Atheism is one thing: A lack of belief in gods. Atheism is not an affirmative belief that there is no god nor does it answer any other question about what a person believes. It is simply a rejection of the assertion that there are gods. Atheism is too often defined incorrectly as a belief system. To be clear: Atheism is not a disbelief in gods or a denial of gods; it is a lack of belief in gods.” The same source says, “The only common thread that ties all atheists together is a lack of belief in gods.” Once, when talking to a man, he said that he was an atheist but, when asked why he was so, he had no answer.
An atheist may come from any lifestyle with that walk being educated or uneducated, poor or wealthy; from whatever walk is not important. What is important is what they claim to believe or, in this case, do not believe. For one to not believe in something does not mean that it does not exist; it is simply denying that it exists. Since time immortal, even the most primitive people believed in gods of some sort and even made images of the respective god or gods to worship. The modern day atheist claims to not believe in gods; would these same people claim that they do not have a conscience? If they admit to having a conscience, then where did that conscience come from? Why, even their physical body had an originating source to which they must admit. Likewise then, the conscience MUST have an originating source!
The conscience. . . . . . .
